Operation and Maintenance of Arkansas Lakes Project

This amendment also extends the solicitation due date to 14 October 2026. ***Notice*** The site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, beginning at 0900 hrs. Address of site visit is Lake Ouachita Field Office, 1424 Blakely Dam Rd, Royal AR 71968. This is a 100% total small business set-aside procurement issued under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District (MVK). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District (MVK) has the continued responsibility for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the Arkansas Lakes Flood Control Projects at DeGray Lake, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Greeson located in the state of Arkansas. A broad variety of operations, routine and non-routine maintenance, repair including emergency repairs, inspection, reconstruction, modernization, and rehabilitation of project facilities, water control structures, and features are required under this procurement. These include Recreation Area and Facility Cleaning; Solid Waste Collection, Transport, and Disposal; Heavy Equipment Maintenance/Repairs; Visitor Center Operations and Maintenance; Carpentry; Erosion Control Activities; Buoy Placement and Maintenance; Painting; Heating/Air Conditioning Services; Masonry Repair; Landscaping; Wildlife and Fisheries Enhancement; Flood Control Structure Repairs and Maintenance; and Road Maintenance/Repairs. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base ordering period with four options and a 6-month ordering period.
