All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. Quotations must conform to the specifications provided with the solicitation upon its issuance. For contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). Pursuant to RFO 4.203-1(b), firms must be SAM registered at the time their quotation is submitted. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at SAM.gov.
