Full scope

The contractor shall perform the complete remediation and preventative sealing of all standing seams, flat-lock seams, and associated flashing joints on the copper roof. The primary objective is to create a long-term, watertight system by removing failed materials and installing a high-performance, flexible sealant that is fully compatible with copper. All work shall be performed in accordance with the highest industry standards.
