Contract W15QKN26PA121 is awarded to Zaks Solution LLC (CAGE: 14F70) in the total amount of $293,990.00 for Construction Project CSS 99154: Upgrade Existing Lighting to LED at the CPT John E. Smathers Memorial USARC, located at 2118 Annapolis Rd., Fort Meade, MD 20755-7074. The scope of work modernizes Training Building 2118, Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) 2121, Storage Building 2119, and Unheated Storage Building (UHS) 2122 by upgrading all existing lighting systems to energy-efficient Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology in strict accordance with Attachment 0001 Specifications of Work (MD040) and associated drawings. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
