Non- Standard Weapons (NSW)/ Commercially available M134D-M weapons

This effort was awarded to Dillon Aero, Inc. on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of Title 10 United Stated Code (U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(c)(2)(i), substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. The purpose of this effort is to procure M134D-M Minigun Weapon Systems, Mounting Systems for Water Platforms, Parts, Accessories, Support Equipment, Installation, and Training for Operators and Maintainers.
