This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Solicitation number SPMYM326Q3142 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice 2026-0702. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). SPRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility. Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104. This requirement is a BRAND NAME MANDATORY solicitation to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (HAKI) due to the unique design that is proprietary to the manufacturer, designed to coordinate with Excel Scaffolding (also BNM), and is required to work with existing PNS owned Hakitec and Excel Scaffolding systems and components. Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer will not be considered for award. ***Offerors are required to submit descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications. This may include, but is not limited to: traceability documentation showing communication from the manufacturer/source confirming part numbers, detailed specification sheets and images of the component parts. Failure to provide this information may result in your quotation being determined technically unacceptable. ***Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data: Due to the specialized nature of the equipment, please provide unredacted documentation with your quotation demonstrating the same or similar equipment has been sold in the commercial marketplace, at the same or similar price (ex: invoices). If such documentation is unavailable, please provide breakdown of the basis of the price.
