SUBJECT: RFI - Sources Sought Notice SPE60526RFI1020 for fuel product(s) capability in Sierra Leone Purchase Program Number 1.8F Africa Posts, Camps, and Stations (PC&S) This Sources Sought Notice (SS) for solicitation SPE60526RFI1020 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Africa and have an immediate need. The products below are the products needed, however, please provide list of all capabilities and products in the location of Freetown, Sierra Leone: The products to be procured are: Diesel Fuel (SFD) NSN 9140-015569156 If your company is interested in and capable of providing any of the above mentioned fuel product(s), please respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than 24 September 2026. In responding to this notice please provide the following information: a) Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.) b) Background information of the firm and contractor regarding technical ability, financial capacity and ability to perform. c) Provide company capability statement describing your company s ability to supply and delivery fuel to the locations listed above. Including, all fuel types available for delivery in those locations. Additionally, identify all possible methods of delivery and storage capabilities in the locations listed above.
