Athletic Trainer (AT) Support personal services - Europe

The Medical Acquisition Support Office (MASO) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice on behalf of USAREUR to find potential sources to provide Athletic Trainer (AT) Support Services. This is a follow on W81K04-21-C-0009 awarded to Cognito Systems LLC. The Contractor shall provide eighteen (18) full-time equivalent (FTE) certified Athletic Trainers (ATs) and six (6) Lead Athletic Trainers (Lead ATs) who meet all Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) credentialing standards to support six (6) Brigades (5) military installations. Contractor personnel shall provide embedded athletic training services across six (6) Brigades and distributed across five (5) military installations: Installation Cluster 1 (Vilseck, Germany): V Corps, 2 Cavalry Regiment. Installation Cluster 2 (Sembach, Germany): 21st Theater SUS CMD, 30 MED BDE. Installation Cluster 3 (Baumholder, Germany): 21st Theater SUS CMD, 16 SUS BDE Installation Cluster 4 (Grafenwohr, Germany): V Corps, 41 FAB. Installation Cluster 5 (Grafenwohr, Germany): 21st Theater SUS CMD, 18 MP BDE. Installation Cluster 6 (Vicenza, Italy): 173 ABN BDE.
