The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to purchase two (2) seats of software licenses for HyperWorks/SEAM from Siemens Industry Software Inc. as Siemens has acquired Altair Engineering, Inc, the previous proprietary owner of the software. Altair Engineering Inc. was the sole owner and developer of this proprietary software including maintenance and support.
