***UPDATED 26AUG2026 WITH AMENDMENT 0003 (SEE ATTACHED)***UPDATED 21AUG2026 WITH AMENDMENT 0002 (SEE ATTACHED)***UPDATED 20AUG2026 WITH AMENDMENT 0001 (SEE ATTACHED)***Install a fence to exclude ungulates (deer, pigs, and carabao) and enclose the Southern Habitat Enhancement Site (HES) on the NBG NMS, as shown in Figure 1. The fence shall comply with the specifications detailed in this performance work statement and should be able to withstand winds of 40-60 mph. This project will protect forest resources and habitat for species listed under the Endangered Species Act from browsing, rooting and trampling by non-native ungulates. The project scope shall include all the necessary labor, materials, and equipment associated with meeting the objectives.
