Full scope

AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to address industry questions and update impacted sections of the solicitation and its attachments (as affected by responses to the questions/feedback). The Solicitation Q and A, inclusive of Government responses, is provided as a separate attachment with Amendment 0002. Additional changes to the solicitation as a result of Government review during industry comment adjudication are also made in Amendment 0002. Please access Amendment 0002 via the PIEE Solicitation Module link listed within the Attachments section of this notice.
