The purpose of this amendment is to update the TDP and to incorporate technical responses from NSLC: Reference: (a) Moog (POC Laurel Hanna) quote dated 16 April 2026 1. Reference (a) requests to manufacture the Port Head (item #4) from material in accordance with QQ-N-286 in lieu of ASTM B150, Alloy C64200 for the subject solicitation. In response, the request to manufacture the Port Head (item #4) from material inaccordance with QQ-N-286 Revision G annealed and age hardened in lieu of ASTMB150, Alloy C64200 is acceptable for the subject solicitation and subsequent contract ifawarded. 2. Reference (a) requests to supply the Flat Head Cap Screw (item #18) with a preload torque of 9 ft-lbs for the subject solicitation. In response, the request to supply the Flat Head Cap Screw (item #18) with a preload torque of 9 ft-lbs in lieu of 18 ft-lbs is acceptable for the subject solicitation and subsequent contract if awarded. 3. Reference (a) requests to document the known condition that this model is known to produce torque in the excess of the maximums identified in its test procedure for the subject solicitation. In response, the request to increase the maximum torque for the testing procedure to 5,100 in-lbs at 700 psi in lieu of 4,600 in-lbs is acceptable for the subject solicitation and subsequent contract if awarded. 4. Reference (a) requests to mark the Flat Head Cap Screw (item #18) in accordance with FF-S-86 in lieu of MIL-DTL-1222 for the subject solicitation. In response, marking of the Flat Head Cap Screw (item #18) must be as specified in the subject solicitation. 5. Reference (a) requests to coat the Hex Head Cap Screw (item #17) and Flat Head Cap Screw (item #18) with MIL-PRF-16173, Class 2, Grade 4 corrosion preventative for the subject solicitation, noting that the fastener markings may not be visible after application. In response, coating fasteners in such a way that the markings are not preserved is not acceptable; markings must be clearly legible as per the subject solicitation, MIL-DTL-1222 Revision J, and FF-S-86 Revision J.
