Reduce the QTY of this solicitation to 2 units. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation close date to 16 JUNE 2026 and incorporate mandatory clause changes persuant to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF).
