Full scope
The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, NM is requesting for four (4) bio hood (biological safety cabinet) recertifications and inspections. There are Three (3) bio hoods at NNMC and one 1 (one) at Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZ) facility. The bio hoods are required to be certified semiannual (twice-yearly) for proper operation. The purpose of this amendment is solely to provide the Government s responses to questions received from prospective offerors.
