FEMA also intends to release a solicitation on GSA/OASIS + on or about September 1, 2026 (this date is not a guaranteed date). An updated PWS is added to this posting. See file "DRAFT PWS - PA-TAC VI (as of 8-6-26)" Future communications will be done through GSA. UPDATE ON 6/1/2026: Updated RFI and Answer Tempate: The following updates/corrections were made to the RFI and the Answers Template (see filename: "RFI Questions - PA-TAC VI updated 6-1-26" and "Answer Template updated 6-1-26) The following language removed from the RFI Submittal Instructions, "The document format shall be either Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats. Pages shall be 8.5 by 11 inch and shall use a type pitch that is no smaller than a standard 11-point font type, with the exception of charts, graphs, or tables, which shall use a pitch not smaller than 10-point font. Responses shall not exceed 5 pages in length including images, data displays, charts, graphs, and tables. Page limitation does not include: 1 cover page.
