Solicitation Amendment 1: This Amendment 1 is issued to correct Attachments 3 and 4. The Evaluation RFO 52.212-1 and -2 Addedndum (Attachment 3) mistakenly had incorrect information in some sections and is hereby updated (all edits shown in that updated attachment with teal highlights). The Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 4) was edited to reflect correct the due date time to 4:00 PM PDT (the edit is shown with a green highlight). Offerors are directed to discontinue the use of Attachments 3 & 4 from the initial post and to utlize the updated attachments (both have file names reflecting a 25 Sep 2026 update). Note, Offerors who submit the origional version of Attachment 4 will be accepted. Lastly, the section below titled "APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS" was updated to revled applicable labor laws. No other changes were made with this Ammendment 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA930126Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Offerors. Please review all solicitation documentation for complete instructions and requirement information. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements for the services described in this solicitation are invited to submit a completed quote. Offerors are required to submit with their response enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in the solicitation. Any information provided in response to this solicitation is strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this solicitation. Offerors are to reference the Solicitation Number FA930126Q0034 on all documents that they submit to the Government. Award will be made using the criteria in RFO 52.212-2 and its Addendum (Attachment 3). Offerors who submit quotes which are missing data or information which is requested herein will be deemed unresponsive and will not be considered for award. Please ensure your company completely provides all information requested herein. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Contractor shall provide labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to provide grease trap and used cooking oil containment system maintenance located at Edwards AFB. This contract will include the pumping, cleaning, and inspection of grease traps, servicing of used cooking oil containment vessels, emergency service calls, and all associated waste transportation and disposal CONTRACT TYPE The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. One award will be issued. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 01 November 2026 - 30 September 2031 NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S) Funds are not presently available for this effort. No order will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS): N/A This acquisition is set-aside to eligible small businesses under NAICS 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. Quotes received from Offerors not represented as a small business will be rejected. The Government reserves the right to reject an Offeror s quote submission without notice should the Offeror not meet the set-aside requirements.
