SUBJECT: AOI 3 Space Intelligence Third Call for Submissions Under the Notice ID FA8806-26-S-0001 (01 July 2026) Kronos Family of Systems (FoS) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) 1. Purpose: This document constitutes the Third Call under the Kronos FoS CSO. Refer to the Kronos FoS CSO 2.0 for all administrative, legal, and overarching procedures. 2. This Call specifically requests Phase 1A (Quad Chart and White Paper) submissions to address Area of Interest (AOI) 3, and its Focus Area Statements (FAS) detailed below. 3. FAS #1 (AOI 03-FAS01): The SSC SYD 85 Kronos Program seeks an enterprise collection management orchestration capability to coherently link existing sensor optimization and scheduling capabilities for sensing of the space domain. The capability focuses on the optimal use of finite sensors to meet collection requirements that fulfill positional tracking, operational intelligence, and foundational intelligence needs. This effort will focus not only on USSF sensors but also establish interfaces with other DoW, Intelligence Community (IC), allied, and commercial assets. A successful orchestration brain must demonstrate the ability to integrate multiple orchestration engines utilizing distinct scheduling paradigms (e.g., pre-planned, dynamic tip-and-cue event response, automated metric optimization), rapidly adjudicate scheduling conflicts when dynamic tasks out-prioritize deliberate needs, and disseminate commander decisions to sensors, sensor brokers, and external orchestration platforms. The capability shall consider weather, planned and unplanned outages, multiple sensor phenomenologies, tasking acknowledgment response times, PED and correlation timelines, competing prioritization schemes, and the ability to monitor execution during dynamic events. Furthermore, the proposed solution must deliver intuitive user feedback regarding collection requirement satisfaction (with full traceability), candidate rescheduling options for human review, human-in-the-loop intervention, and transparent performance metrics. A successful solution shall provide a rapid path for a prototype to host on Secret and Top Secret domains to interface with existing tasking engines and sensors. 4. FAS #2 (AOI 03-FAS02): The SSC SYD 85 Kronos Program seeks innovative commercial solutions and products addressing the ability to ingest and analyze radar and sensor data for characterization of on-orbit assets. Capability should allow support analysis of radar cross sections, object discrimination and velocity and maneuver determination. 5. FAS #3 (AOI 03-FAS03): The SSC SYD 85 Kronos Program seeks innovative commercial solutions and products addressing novel or innovative ways to ingest and analyze commercial RF data and distribution of data to operations centers to support object maneuver detection, status assessments, and object identification efforts. 6. FAS #4 (AOI 03-FAS04): The SSC SYD 85 Kronos Program seeks innovative commercial solutions and products addressing deployment of capabilities to the tactical edge, using novel or innovative methodologies to transport data back to operations centers. Solutions should demonstrate the ability to operate through disconnected connectivity and demonstrate re-sync of data once re-connected. 7. FAS #5 (AOI 3-FAS05): The SSC SYD 85 Kronos Program and its stakeholders seek innovative commercial solutions and products which enable immediate reporting of space events to the U.S. Space Command Joint Operations Center. This capability will collate all event knowledge as it s occurring to provide Combatant Commanders, Joint Staff, and National Leadership situational awareness, real-time updates, and response options for approval. The system must be able to support both coalition space event conferences and U.S. -only space event conferences. 8. Offerors may submit more than one white paper and quad chart for this call and any future call. The white paper and quad chart proposed prototype solution may address…
