Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: FA461326Q1060 Purchase Description: PKB 90 SFG Armory Camera System (Commodity) Type of Set-Aside: Small Business This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. *NOTE* Funds are not currently present for this requirement. Funds may or may not become available. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q1060, as a Request for Quote using RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, with a small business size standard of $25M. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, One-Time Service, Commercial contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 5/7/2026 effective 5/7/2026. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS/SERVICES: This is a commodity with install contract to purchase and install a total of 14 cameras, plus a system capable of handling up to 32 cameras, within the 90 Security Force Group (SFG) Armory. This system must feed to the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) for monitoring.
