Bldgs 1469, 1475, 1479 METC Furniture Relocation and Storage

This rquirement is for the disassebly, relocation, climate controlled storage, and reinstallation services for JBSA FSH Dormitory Bldgs 1469, 1475, & 1479. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, logistics, materials, transportation, and climate-controlled storage facilities necessary to disassemble, clean, inventory, transport, store, and return/reinstall approximately 2,631 government-owned dormitory furniture located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The Contractor shall accomplish all requirements in accordance with commercial standards, base operating procedures, and the measurable thresholds defined herein. See PWS for requirement specifics. This requirement is for 3 years, provide a quoted amount for the entirety of the contract. Quotes are due by Monday 21 Sept 2026 at 1100 AM CST.
