Full scope

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications to replace 186 windows around the North elevation of Building 52. Additionally, 6 non-standard lunette/multi lite windows will be repaired and 15mechanical openings that will be replaced or repaired in-kind with MAPES Panels or louvers. B52 is ahistoric building and all work must conform to the Secretary of Interior s standard and guidelines for the rehabilitation of historic properties.
