This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and no other request for proposals will be issued. This solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for a contract to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Futher details regarding this solicitation shall be found in the solicitation attachments.
