The purpose of this notice is to identify capable, qualified businesses with emphasis on verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) under 38 U.S.C. 8127 8128 (the Veterans First Contracting Program) that possess the authorized capability, qualified technical personnel, and proprietary diagnostic software rights to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair services on the high-acuity radiology and cardiac catheterization equipment detailed herein. The Contractor shall provide all necessary travel, labor, materials, OEM-certified diagnostic tools, documentation, software updates/patches, and genuine OEM replacement parts required for planned preventive maintenance, safety inspections, phone support, and unscheduled remedial emergency repairs.
