The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract under the authority of RFO 6.103-5 to AvMedical, LLC, 727 Kathleen Dr., Pulaski, TN 38478 for the procurement of the services required to assemble, test, install, integrate, warranty and/or maintain the Philips Physiological Patient Monitoring Systems at VA Medical Center located in Oklahoma City, OK, Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System (OKC VA HCS). The anticipated award date is September 18, 2026.
