This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the following commercial services: Line Item 0001 This study will identify and justify a set of defined metrics that can support recurring federal assessment and provide policymakers with sustained insight into the growth, health, competitiveness, resilience, and emerging challenges of the ecosystem, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work.
