Forest-Wide HVAC Repairs\Upgrades

This project includes repairing or replacing various HVAC equipment located at various locations across the Payette National Forest. The work includes the following: McCall Helibase-Replacement of an existing outdoor air conditioning unit Krassel District Office-Replacement of existing coil in north outdoor air conditioning unit Council Engine Bay-Replacement of an existing ceiling mounted propane unit Optional work includes the following: Supervisors Office-Repair of the three existing systems IT room system-Repair leak in outdoor coil and communication issues Outdoor air system-Repair identified issues Multi-zone system-Repair monitoring of pumps Multi-zone system-Install three-phase power monitor & conditioner Quantities associated with these options are identified in the Schedule of Items.
