Four Mile Fenster Bond Forfeiture

The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of mine site reclamation on the siteknown as the FOUR MILE FENSTER ABANDONED MINERAL MINE LANDS in the unincorporatedcommunity of EWING, Virginia, forthe Commonwealth of Virginia.3.2 The intent of this Specification is to prescribe the complete work to be performed. The specification iswritten to permit and direct the work to be conducted by the selected Contractor. If there are anycontradictions between the Specifications and Drawings, the Contractor shall bring these facts to theattention of the Agency and obtain the Agency's decision as to the true meaning and intention.
