IFB 26-2519, Rental Car Connector

The construction of a two-story connector providing interior connectivity between the Terminal Building and the Rental Car Garage with a new direct connection to the departures/ticketing level of the Terminal Building. The rental car counters are being relocated to an expanded north baggage claim area, providing more intuitive access to rental car companies. The Wayfinding signage will be modified to improve circulation, and all lighting in both the north and south baggage claim areas will be replaced with new LED lighting. At the radial center point of the connector will be an outdoor pocket park with new hardscape and softscape, seating, interactive displays, as well as accommodations for a future food truck.
