BURNS BUILDING FOOD SERVICES, TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA

The Department evaluated replies and conducting taste testing with all shortlisted vendors regarding DOT-ITN-27-9001-SJ for the Burns Building Food Services – Tallahassee, Florida. It is the Department’s intent to rank the shortlisted firms as follows:

1. Simply Soul Food, Inc.

2. Sunryze Restaurants / Ma’s Diner

A contract will be awarded to the highest ranked vendor that reaches an acceptable agreement with the Department. If negotiations fail with the first-ranked vendor, negotiations may begin with the second-ranked vendor, and so on until there is an agreement on an acceptable contract. The Department reserves the option to resume negotiations that were previously suspended.
