OEM Advantest Software Base + 3 OY with 2 Windows 11 Laptops This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement for Brand Name AD-21 Advantest Software. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as applicable, which shall be considered by the Government. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203.
