Full scope

The Government intends to procure and receive delivery of one (1) TRILO M3 Vacuum Trailer, in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics. This acquisition is a brand name requirement for the TRILO M3 Vacuum Trailer. The Government has determined that the TRILO M3 is required to meet its specific operational needs. The basis for the brand name requirement is provided in Attachment 3 Brand Name Justification.
