Establishing a Roster of Pre-Qualified Research Entities for SMD

The District of Columbia Courts ( Courts or DCC ) on behalf of the Strategic Management Division, Grants Management Program ( SMD) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification ( RFPQ ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications ( SOQs ) from those entities ( Offerors ) interested in performing grant funded research opportunities as specified in Section C (Description/Specifications/Work Statement). SMD seeks to establish a roster of pre-qualified research entities interested in and available to engage in grant-funded research opportunities. All grant funded research opportunities will be competed and awarded accordingly.
