Other Transactional Authority Request for White Papers Modular Power Generation and Distribution: The Department of Defense has an urgent, unmet requirement for relocatable Modular Power Generation and Distribution solutions. These systems are unique that must be capable of supplying and stabilizing large transient loads that are typically problematic for traditional power generation solutions. A solution is required at various locations across the 50 United States. Current operational sites lack the foundational power generation and distribution architecture necessary to support modern, power-intensive mission equipment. There is a critical need for these solutions to be implemented no later than 28 February 2028 to meet additional mission objectives. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center (CEHNC) has an ongoing mission to support requirements across the Department of War (DoW). CEHNC has been tasked to provide all manufacturing, procurement, shipping, delivery, installation, and testing of Modular Power Generation and Distribution Solutions for 10-12 sites in the 50 United States.
