Offers are due no later than 1700 PM Eastern Time on 21 September 2026. Quoters are allowed to submit only one quote. The following documents are included as attachments to this solicitation. Attachment 1 SOW HVAC Curlew Attachment 2 Schedule of Items Attachment 3 Service Contract Act WD 2015 5559 Since response time is a key factor, contractor is required to have an actual physical location within one hour approximately and Curlew Job Corps Center must be within an area they routinely do service calls for. The Government is looking to award a single Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract to a single contractor who offers the best value to the Government. Due to the nature of the required services described herein, the Government has determined that only one (1) ID/IQ contract will be awarded as a result of these Request for Quote (RFQ) procedures. The ID/IQ contract is designed to provide the Government with a contract vehicle that will allow for additional services to be ordered by the Government as needed and required, but cannot be reasonably determined in advance.
